Part A: In-Person Events

​

• Business First: Please have the entire agency fee (less your deposit) ready (in cash) upon your entertainer's arrival. For example, your show's cost is $250, and you placed a $125 down payment, so you'd need to have $125 ready in cash upon their arrival.

​

• Time Frame: While we'd love for the dancers to arrive right on the dot, the time we agree on is estimated. Typically your dancer(s) will arrive within thirty minutes of the scheduled time. However, we kindly ask you to allow up to one hour to arrive before contacting the office due to several circumstances that may occur during your entertainer(s) Evening/travel. In some cases, such as a rented party bus, and timing is critical, please text Douglas directly, and we'll adequately notate the dire need for punctuation at your event. Contact:  (833) 969-7625; please note that the office closes at 10 PM PST.

•  Tipping/Gratuity: Dancers appreciate tips and carry plenty of dollar bills available to exchange for more massive bills. If the party is a surprise for everyone, prepare your guests with tips, or tell them to bring a little cash as you play some gambling games.

•  Respect: Please be righteous to your dancer; if our entertainers feel threatened or their safety's in jeopardy, they may exit the party at any time, and you will not receive a refund. ​

Part B: Virtual Events

​

• Time Frame: While we'd love for the dancers to arrive right on the dot, the time we agree on is estimated. Typically your dancer(s) will arrive within thirty minutes of the scheduled time. However, we kindly ask that you allow up to 15 minutes for the dancer to arrive before contacting the office. If timing is critical, please text Douglas directly, and we'll adequately note the dire need for punctuation for your virtual event.

• Tipping/Gratuity: Dancers appreciate tips and will announce their tipping methods upon arrival. They'll post it in the chat section of the meeting.

LEGAL TERMS:

​

• Down Payment Refund Policy/Legal Terms:  You're now entering an agreement with "Billy Rock Entertainment" DBA: Peters Rock Entertainment. If you choose to cancel, you'll lose $50 per dancer and service booked. For example, if you book the same entertainer for one hour of bartending and then one hour of dancing, you'll lose $100 as you canceled two different services. The remainder of your down payment returns to the same method used when initially placing the reservation.

• More Legal Terms "Responsibility" for property damage/bodily injury: Please be aware that these entertainers are 1099 independent contractors, and "Billy Rock Entertainment" DBA: "Peters Rock Entertainment" is NOT responsible in any way, shape, or form for anything that occurs at the party. That includes but is not limited to someone getting hurt, property getting damaged, or anything else. With that said, if something occurs at the event and you need their contact information, contact us, and we'll provide you with their phone number.
