We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, exploitation, physical abuse, forced labor, underage participation, and any conduct that uses our website, booking tools, contractor portal, services, or events to promote or facilitate illegal activity.

Billy Rock Entertainment provides strictly non-sexual entertainment services. Any solicitation, request, arrangement, implication, or suggestion of sexual services is strictly prohibited.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy explains the standards Billy Rock Entertainment applies to protect its website, booking process, contractor onboarding process, customers, entertainers, applicants, contractors, and users from conduct involving human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or related illegal activity.

This policy applies to all visitors, customers, applicants, entertainers, independent contractors, content submitters, and anyone using or interacting with Billy Rock Entertainment websites, booking pages, contractor portals, communications, or services.

2. Zero-Tolerance Standards

Billy Rock Entertainment prohibits any use of its websites, booking systems, contractor portals, services, events, communications, or platform features to engage in, promote, facilitate, advertise, request, or support:

Human trafficking, sex trafficking, labor trafficking, forced labor, coercion, exploitation, or physical abuse.
Any sexual service, prostitution-related solicitation, commercial sex arrangement, or request for unlawful sexual conduct.
Any involvement of minors in entertainment services, booking requests, profile content, photos, videos, applications, or events.
Threats, force, fraud, coercion, intimidation, blackmail, restraint, debt bondage, or any other method used to control another person.
Misleading recruitment, false promises, or pressure placed on any applicant, entertainer, contractor, customer, or third party.
Content, communications, or conduct that suggests non-consensual activity, exploitation, physical abuse, illegal activity, or underage participation.
Attempts to use Billy Rock Entertainment to locate, contact, solicit, pressure, exploit, or harm another person.

3. Adult-Only Participation

Billy Rock Entertainment websites, booking tools, contractor portals, and entertainment services are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years of age. Customers, applicants, entertainers, and contractors must certify that they are at least 18 years old before participating in applicable booking, application, or profile submission processes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all guests present during the entertainment portion of any event are at least 18 years old. Billy Rock Entertainment and its entertainers reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where age requirements are not satisfied.

4. Contractor and Entertainer Safety Standards

Entertainers and contractors must participate voluntarily. Billy Rock Entertainment does not permit any person to submit an application, profile, image, video, or other content on behalf of another person without proper authority and consent.

Billy Rock Entertainment may review, reject, remove, suspend, or investigate any application, profile, submitted content, booking request, customer communication, or contractor communication that appears to involve coercion, exploitation, illegal activity, underage participation, trafficking-related concerns, or any violation of this policy.

5. Website, Booking, and Content Protections

Billy Rock Entertainment maintains controls intended to protect its website and users from misuse.

These controls may include:

Reviewing contractor applications, profile information, photos, videos, and submitted materials before public display.
Requiring applicants and contractors to confirm that they are adults and that their participation is voluntary.
Rejecting or removing content that appears unlawful, misleading, exploitative, non-consensual, unsafe, or inconsistent with Billy Rock Entertainment standards.
Blocking, suspending, or terminating access for users who violate this policy.
Canceling or refusing booking requests that involve prohibited conduct or safety concerns.
Preserving relevant records when necessary to review, investigate, or respond to safety and compliance concerns.
Cooperating with appropriate authorities when Billy Rock Entertainment believes reporting is necessary or legally required.

6. Reporting Concerns

7. Review and Response

If Billy Rock Entertainment determines that content, conduct, a booking request, a profile, or a communication may involve illegal activity, exploitation, non-consensual conduct, human trafficking, sex trafficking, underage participation, or physical abuse, Billy Rock Entertainment may remove the content or take other immediate action.

8. No Retaliation

Billy Rock Entertainment does not permit retaliation against any person who makes a good-faith safety report, raises a concern, refuses prohibited conduct, or cooperates with a review or investigation.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

This policy works together with Billy Rock Entertainment’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Consent & Content Policy, booking terms, contractor onboarding terms, and any applicable written agreements.

10. Updates to This Policy

Billy Rock Entertainment may update this Anti-Human Trafficking & Safety Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
