These SMS & Email Terms (“Terms”) describe how Billy Rock Entertainment (“we,” “us,” “our”) communicates with clients, customers, prospects, and independent contractors/entertainers by text message (SMS/MMS) and email.

1) SMS/Text Messaging Terms (SMS/MMS)
What messages you may receive
Depending on what you request or opt into, we may send text messages including:

How we obtain consent (opt-in)
We only send text messages after we receive express consent through one or more of the following methods:
