This Consent & Content Policy explains how Billy Rock Entertainment reviews, approves, and displays profile information, photos, images, videos, biographies, stage names, service categories, and other submitted materials provided by applicants, entertainers, contractors, talent, and content submitters.

Billy Rock Entertainment provides strictly non-sexual entertainment booking services. This policy is intended to ensure that all submitted profile and promotional content is provided voluntarily, lawfully, and with the express consent required for display on Billy Rock Entertainment websites and related booking pages.

By submitting an application, profile, photo, video, biography, stage name, or other content to Billy Rock Entertainment, you expressly consent to Billy Rock Entertainment reviewing, approving, publishing, displaying, formatting, and using your approved profile/content on Billy Rock Entertainment websites, booking pages, promotional pages, and related online properties for lawful entertainment booking and promotional purposes.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to any person who submits or provides content to Billy Rock Entertainment, including applicants, entertainers, independent contractors, talent, profile owners, content providers, and any person whose profile information or image may be submitted for display.

Contractor onboarding and profile/content submissions may occur through Billy Rock Entertainment’s contractor portal and application pages.

2. Express Consent to Display Profile and Content

When you submit profile information, photos, videos, images, biography text, stage names, descriptions, service categories, application information, or other materials to Billy Rock Entertainment, you expressly agree that your approved profile/content may be shown to other users, visitors, customers, and prospective customers on Billy Rock Entertainment websites and related booking pages.

This may include display on the main Billy Rock Entertainment website, contractor portal, booking pages, profile pages, category pages, location pages, quote/request pages, promotional pages, and other related online properties used to promote or facilitate lawful entertainment bookings.

Plain-language consent summary: If you submit profile/content to Billy Rock Entertainment, you are agreeing that Billy Rock Entertainment may display your approved profile information, photos, biography, stage name, service categories, and submitted materials to website visitors, users, and customers for entertainment booking and promotional purposes.

3. Content You May Submit

Content may include, but is not limited to:

Name, stage name, contact details, and application information.
Profile photos, promotional photos, images, videos, and related visual materials.
Biography text, descriptions, service categories, experience details, location details, and availability information.
Any other materials submitted for review, onboarding, profile creation, booking, or promotional purposes.

4. Your Certifications When Submitting Content

By submitting content to Billy Rock Entertainment, you certify and agree that:

You are at least 18 years old.
Your participation is voluntary and not the result of force, fraud, coercion, threats, exploitation, pressure, or trafficking.
The information and content you submit are accurate and not misleading.
You own the content or have the legal right and permission to submit it to Billy Rock Entertainment.
You consent to being depicted in the submitted content.
You consent to the public display and distribution of your approved profile/content on Billy Rock Entertainment websites and related booking pages.
Every person depicted in submitted content is at least 18 years old.
Every person depicted in submitted content has consented to being depicted and to having the content submitted for public display where applicable.
The content does not include minors, non-consensual activity, exploitation, human trafficking, sex trafficking, physical abuse, illegal conduct, or solicitation of sexual services.
The content does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual rights.

5. Limited Content License

By submitting content to Billy Rock Entertainment, you grant Billy Rock Entertainment a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, store, crop, resize, format, reproduce, publish, display, transmit, and use your approved profile/content for lawful business purposes related to entertainment bookings, profile display, customer inquiries, website listings, and promotional use.

This license allows Billy Rock Entertainment to display your approved profile/content to users, visitors, customers, and prospective customers on Billy Rock Entertainment websites and related booking pages. Billy Rock Entertainment does not guarantee that any submitted content will be approved, published, displayed, or kept online.

6. Review and Approval Before Display

Billy Rock Entertainment may review submitted profile/content before it is displayed publicly. Billy Rock Entertainment may approve, reject, edit, crop, resize, format, remove, hide, suspend, or decline to publish content at its discretion.

Billy Rock Entertainment may reject or remove content that appears inaccurate, unauthorized, unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, exploitative, non-consensual, misleading, or inconsistent with Billy Rock Entertainment’s policies, services, or brand standards.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

Depicts or involves any person under 18 years of age.
Was created, submitted, or distributed without proper consent.
Involves force, fraud, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, physical abuse, or non-consensual activity.
Promotes or suggests prostitution, solicitation of sexual services, illegal sexual conduct, or any unlawful activity.
Misrepresents your identity, age, qualifications, consent, ownership rights, or authority to submit the content.
Violates intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
Contains illegal, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or abusive material.
Otherwise violates Billy Rock Entertainment’s Terms & Conditions, Anti-Human Trafficking & Safety Policy, Privacy Policy, contractor terms, booking terms, or applicable law.

8. Removal, Updates, and Consent Concerns

If you want to update or remove your profile/content, or if you believe content has been submitted without proper consent, please contact Billy Rock Entertainment immediately.

Billy Rock Entertainment may remove, hide, or suspend content while reviewing a concern. If Billy Rock Entertainment cannot reasonably confirm that proper consent was obtained, or if content appears to involve illegal activity, underage participation, non-consensual conduct, exploitation, trafficking, or a safety concern, Billy Rock Entertainment may remove the content immediately.

9. Recordkeeping and Verification

Billy Rock Entertainment may maintain records related to applications, content submissions, profile approvals, consent confirmations, communications, timestamps, IP addresses, identity or age verification materials, and policy acknowledgments where appropriate for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, legal, or business purposes.

Billy Rock Entertainment may request additional information to verify identity, age, ownership rights, consent, or authorization before approving, displaying, maintaining, or restoring submitted content.

10. Relationship to Other Policies

This Consent & Content Policy works together with Billy Rock Entertainment’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Anti-Human Trafficking & Safety Policy, booking terms, contractor onboarding terms, and any applicable written agreements.
